The Overseas Base Realignment and Closure Coalition (OBRACC) is a transpartisan group of military analysts, scholars, veterans, advocates, and other military base experts from across the political spectrum who share concerns about US military bases abroad and seek base closures. 

While different members of the Coalition have different concerns and different ideas about how many bases to close, members have found broad agreement that the US government can and should close bases overseas and improve national and international security in the process.
